Pumping shouldn’t be painful.

A properly fitted flange can make a significant difference to comfort, milk removal, nipple pain, and overall pumping experience. During this personalised 40-minute consult, we assess your current setup and help find the flange size and fit that works best for your body and your pump.

Your consult includes:

• Nipple measurement and flange sizing assessment
• Pumping observation and fit evaluation
• Guidance on pump settings and positioning
• Troubleshooting for pain, rubbing, swelling, poor output, or elastic nipples
• Personalised recommendations for your pump and feeding goals
• One recommended flange or insert set included, or $25 product credit toward pumping products purchased during your appointment 
• If purchasing a pump during the session, full fee credited towards the cost of the pump purchase

This appointment is suitable whether you are:

• Exclusively pumping
• Occasionally pumping
• Using wearable pumps
• Returning to work
• Experiencing pain or discomfort while pumping
• Unsure if your current flange size is correct
• Wanting to maximise your pumping output
• Not sure which pump to buy and wanting to try before you purchase

If additional feeding support is needed, your appointment can be upgraded to a full feeding consult during the session.

Please bring:

• Your pump (if you have one)
• Current flanges/inserts
• Any pumping bras or accessories you regularly use
• Baby if comfortable and relevant to your feeding goals
