2. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).

  • Flow & Flourish Limited is not currently GST-registered, so no tax is added to purchases.

  • Payment is required in full at the time of order or booking, unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept payment by bank transfer, credit/debit card, or approved payment providers.

3. Services (Consultations & Support)

  • Appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.

  • Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged 50% of the consultation fee.

  • Our services are designed to support, not replace, professional medical advice. Always consult your healthcare provider regarding medical concerns.

4. Products

  • All products remain the property of Flow & Flourish Limited until paid in full.

  • We do our best to ensure product descriptions are accurate, but minor variations may occur.

  • Returns are accepted for unopened, unused items within 14 days of delivery.

  • Due to hygiene reasons, items such as breast pump parts and feeding accessories are non-returnable.

5. Delivery & Shipping

  • Shipping fees will be confirmed at checkout.

  • Delivery times are estimates only. Flow & Flourish Limited is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or external factors.

  • Damaged or missing items must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Flow & Flourish Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our products or services.

  • While we provide support and information, we do not guarantee results.

7. Privacy & Confidentiality

  • We respect your privacy. Personal information collected through this website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and New Zealand privacy laws.

  • Any information shared during consultations remains confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.
